• How long can I keep my product once opened?

  On the packaging of each product, you will find an icon in the form of an open jar/pot: this is the use period after opening.
  9M corresponds to 9 months, 12M to 12 months, etc.
  For food supplements, a use-by date is indicated.

• I would like to know the price of a product, but it is not displayed on your site. How can I do?

  Our site is an information site, but is not a sales site. Therefore, no price is shown on.
  Furthermore, by law, the prices set by our approved points of sale are free.
  We recommend that you use our module "Find a point of sale" and inquire directly with the point of sale where you will be able to buy all of your favourite products.

• I would like to get a prescription of products suitable for my skin. How can I do?

  For a products’ prescription adapted to your skin, go to one of our authorized points of sale. An aesthetician trained by our team will make you a complete and personalized skin diagnosis to prescribe the most suitable products for your skin problems.

  You can also take our online Skin Diagnosis and find out what your skin type is, get a tailor-made beauty programme and then buy the products of your beauty prescription in one of our points of sale or on our website.

• I would get samples of your products. How should I do?

  Académie Scientifique de Beauté does not provide samples upon request. Go to a beauty salon for your beautician to prescribe you samples perfectly suited to your skin.

• I accidentally lost the user manual of a product that I purchased. Can you help me?

  We recommend you visit the page of the product concerned on our website, which is very detailed: it will provide you with all the necessary elements for its proper use. To find the searched product, for example you can use our search engine and type in the product name in the field designed for this purpose.

• Are your products tested on animals?

  No, our products are not tested on animals, because we are conscious and respectful of our environment.

  Académie Scientifique de Beauté does not sell products directly on the internet.
